    Default Where in XP are driver files stored?

    where in the WINDOWS folder????

    i need the device drivers, ethernet, audio, video etc.

    c:\winblows\system32\inf but yuh wont find wha yuh lookin for unless yuh know dem by name.

    To locate the drivers to get the exact location, yuh need fuh guh tru device manager.

    aight, here's di ting, mi change ah laptop hard drive but am having trouble sourcing the drivers online suh mi ah try get dem from the old hard drive, but mi nah see nuh inf folder in system32 still, lemme try and turn on SEE HIDDEN FOLDERS

    edit: i see no if folder in system32

    aight, here's another problem, wen mi click TURN OFF, the laptop restart, changed harddrives, so di OS is nat di problem, how mi fix dat

    yuh has to set dat in either the cmos settings or when yuh boot up under my computer properties yuh set it in deh

    held the power button down for 5 seconds then it shut down, now i tried again by selecting "turn off", it said saving settings, shutting down, then it did shut down then started up again

    holding the power button for 5 seconds - works
    selecting turn off - doesnt work

    yo king right click youre computer > properties > hard ware > device manager > thats ure drives ova dare so

    ok here is the thing i had the same problem upgrade to xp3 pro and didnt have my drivers cd shit been 4 yrs. I found a good software that actually u can extract ure drivers and save them as a exe or rar or wateva u want plus it updates all youre drivers in youre computer let me know if u need it n jah know me dig up the whole wide web fi get this tool
